Free Shipping on All Orders

We offer fast, reliable, and free shipping on all orders across the United States.

  • Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.
  • Orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days.
  • Please allow up to 15 business days for deliveries to Hawaii or Alaska.

Note: At this time, we do not ship internationally.


Order Processing

Once your order is placed:

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing.
  • You'll receive an email within 24–48 hours confirming that your order is being prepared for shipment.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Nendure is not responsible for any additional customs or tax charges that may apply to your order (though this typically only applies to international shipping, which we do not currently offer).

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We are not liable for any lost or damaged items during transit.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
  • Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged products to support your claim.

Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Nendure experience. If you're not 100% satisfied, we’re happy to take your product back and issue a full refund—no hard feelings!

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Products that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email info@nendure.com with:
  • Your order number
  • A detailed reason for the return
  • Photos or a video showing the product and the issue

       2. Use a trackable mail service to return the product.

  • We are not responsible for lost or missing return packages.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • You will receive a refund receipt via email once the process is complete.
